CQB-G type high temperature insulation magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as high temperature magnetic pump) consists of four parts: motor, magnetic coupling, water cooling device and corrosion resistant centrifugal pump. The main feature is the use of magnetic coupler to transmit power without leakage. When the motor drives the external magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling, the magnetic field line passes through the gap and the isolation sleeve, and acts on the inner magnetic steel to rotate the pump rotor and the motor synchronously, and the torque is transmitted without mechanical contact. In the pump power input, because the liquid is closed in the stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal and no leakage. The magnetic material of the magnetic coupling uses the high temperature medium to maintain the strong magnetic torque. A water cooling device is installed between the motor and the magnetic coupling to prevent the heat from pumping the high temperature medium into the motor. In order to maintain the normal operation of the motor, so as to achieve non leakage transmission of high temperature media.
CQB-G type high temperature magnetic pump uses multiple circulating cooling structure, ensure the driving force and magnetic transmission reliability and stability, while using pin coupling to reduce the noise and vibration of pump, detachable and pin coupling at the same time, the pump structure is more conducive to the growth of heat pump. At the same time, it is also very convenient for users to repair or replace parts, and the outer rotor part of the pump is also designed to heat the blade to ensure the stability of the magnet. This series of pumps are suitable for transporting high temperature medium with temperature of =300 centigrade.
